1. Content that insults or defames others, or infringes upon others' legitimate rights;
1. Content that is false, harmful, coercive, infringes upon others' privacy, harassing, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise morally offensive;
1. Content that is restricted or prohibited by Chinese laws, regulations, rules, ordinances, or any other legally binding norms;
1. Using the network service system for any illegal purpose;
1. Not using our Services to engage in the following activities:
1. Accessing a computer information network or using computer information network resources without permission;
1. Deleting, modifying, or adding functions of a computer information network without permission;
1. Deleting, modifying, or adding data or applications stored, processed, or transmitted in a computer information network without permission;
1. Intentionally creating or spreading computer viruses or other destructive programs;
1. Other activities that endanger the security of computer information networks.
1. You fully understand that Most Beautiful Wallpapers, as a provider of network storage space services, has no obligation to review the copyright of content uploaded by users themselves. If the aforementioned third party asserts rights, Most Beautiful Wallpapers will verify such right claims, and you are obligated to cooperate in providing any ownership certification documents such as creation certificates or authorization certificates. If you are unable to provide the corresponding supporting materials, Most Beautiful Wallpapers will delete the relevant content in accordance with the relevant rules of this Agreement. Any third-party claims arising from your violation of this Agreement in respect of the content you posted shall be borne by you in full.
If your violation of this Agreement or the relevant service terms results in any claims, demands, or losses asserted by any third party (including reasonable attorney fees), you agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless from and against such claims, demands, or losses. In this regard, we have the right to take measures based on the nature of your conduct, including but not limited to deleting the information content you posted, suspending the license to use, terminating the Services, restricting use, reclaiming your account, and pursuing legal liability. For accounts registered maliciously or used for illegal activities, harassment, fraud, or other acts in violation of this Agreement, we have the right to reclaim such accounts. Meanwhile, we will cooperate with investigations as required by judicial authorities.
You may not reproduce, copy, sell, resell, or use any part of the Services, or your use or access to the Services, for any other commercial purpose.
You shall bear legal responsibility for your conduct in the course of using our Services. The forms of legal responsibility you bear include, but are not limited to, compensating the aggrieved party, and compensating us in an equal amount after bearing administrative penalties or tort damages resulting from your conduct.
We will exercise commercially reasonable skill and care in providing the Services and hope you enjoy using them. However, there are certain matters regarding the Services that we cannot warrant.
Except as expressly provided in these Terms or additional terms, we make no specific warranties regarding the Services. For example, we do not warrant the content of the Services, the specific functions of the Services, or their reliability, availability, or ability to meet your needs. The Services are provided "as is".
Certain jurisdictions mandate specific warranties, such as implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all such warranties.
